Our charges depend on the type of work undertaken and the nature and complexity of the task.

 

Translation & Editing

To get a fast online estimate for translation or editing, please go to the online quotation page. Note that the price given is only an estimation of the final price.

When you are ready to make an order, you can submit your documents by email. We will contact you as soon as possible to agree on the rate per page (1800 characters, including spaces).

If you have a large project or expect to make a number of orders, you may wish to open a free online account with us (subject to credit approval). This provides you with order tracking as well as convenient monthly online invoice settlement. A Gmail account is highly recommended for use with accounts.

Minimum charges per document submitted:

For account holders: 0.5 standard pages

Non account holders: 1 standard page

 

Direct Correspondence Translation

To use the Direct Correspondence Translation system, you must first open a correspondence account on the site. We charge a one-off setup fee of 50EUR, which is automatically credited towards your first month's correspondence. An unlimited number of recipients is allowed. A Gmail account is highly recommended for use with accounts.

Rates for all other services are subject to agreement. Contact us with your requirements for a prompt reply.

 

Accepted forms of payment:

All payments can be made online using most major credit or debit cards.

Western Union

BACS (UK only, payments over 500GBP)

Cash on collection by a local representative

 

Accounts:

Account holders can pay monthly in arrears, or can choose to settle their outstanding balance at any time.

Non-account holders can receive/download completed documents immediately after payment.
